Nick has more than 40 years of experience in the mining industry, spanning commodities including lithium, gold, iron, nickel, zinc, copper and coal, providing executive oversight and direct management of operations and projects in Australia, Africa, Southeast and Central Asia, Saudi Arabia and Papua New Guinea.
Miriam is a chemical engineer with more than 25 years’ experience in the mineral processing industry across various commodities including copper, uranium, gold, silver, alumina, mineral sands, lithium, salt and vanadium.
Robert is an experienced company director with a distinguished career spanning energy, infrastructure, funds management and industrial sectors. Alex is a highly experienced finance executive with more than 20 years’ experience across listed and multinational organisations, including over a decade in senior finance leadership roles within the Wesfarmers Group. She most recently served as CFO of Wesfarmers Chemicals, Energy and Fertilisers (WesCEF), where she was responsible for finance, strategy, risk, IT, joint venture governance and procurement.
Brett is a skilled metallurgist and mining operations leader with extensive experience across multiple commodities including gold, nickel, copper and lithium. Brett brings extensive technical knowledge and industry experience to support performance at Pilgangoora. He was formerly the Global Head of Health and Safety for Newcrest where he led risk, hygiene and safety culture development.
Sandra is a corporate affairs and sustainability executive with an accomplished career in the resources sector. She has led and advised on corporate strategy and stakeholder relationship management to maintain company reputation and drive improvement in sustainability and social performance.
John is responsible for corporate development, the POSCO-Pilbara Lithium Solutions joint venture, and exploration. He is an experienced growth-focused executive with strong experience executing growth, joint venture and funding strategies.
Paul is an experienced project executive with an extensive career in the resources industry, successfully delivering complex studies and projects in both a brownfield and greenfield environment. Paul has a strong track record leading all aspects of project management with a strong focus on safety, budget, time and delivery.

Kathleen is a former Non-Executive Director of CSR Limited, REA Group Limited, DLA Philips Fox and the Benevolent Society. Kathleen was formerly the Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee for the Commonwealth Department of Health.
Prior to becoming a Non-Executive Director, Kathleen was a partner with The Boston Consulting Group where she held several Australia and US based leadership positions. During her 20 years of professional consulting, Kathleen provided strategic and operational advice to companies across a wide range of industries. Her clients included companies operating in North America, Southeast Asia, Africa and China. Kathleen led the industrial practice which included the mining sector and advised multiple mining companies. In 2003, Kathleen was awarded a Commonwealth Centenary Medal in recognition of her service to business leadership in Australia.

Since joining PLS in 2017 as Chief Operating Officer, Dale has been instrumental in the Company’s transformation from an emerging developer to one of Australia’s leading mining companies. His leadership has helped drive the Company’s elevation to the ASX100 and the establishment of the Pilgangoora Operation as the world’s largest independent hard rock lithium operation.
As Managing Director and CEO, Dale has delivered significant growth and global expansion, including the strategic acquisition and development of the Colina Project in Brazil. He has also advanced PLS’ value chain strategy through the Company’s downstream chemical joint venture with POSCO in South Korea and mid-stream initiatives, broadening PLS’ participation across the lithium value chain and strengthening the Company’s position as a globally integrated lithium supplier.

Across her executive and board career, Sally-Anne has overseen the sustainable development of mining and oil and gas projects.
Sally-Anne is the Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee and member of the Sustainability Committee.

Nick has more than 40 years of experience in the mining industry, spanning various commodities including but not limited to gold, iron, nickel, zinc, copper, coal and lithium, providing executive oversight and direct management of operations and projects in Australia, Africa, Southeast and Central Asia, Saudi Arabia and Papua New Guinea.
After graduating with a Bachelor of Mining Engineering, Nick has held senior executive roles with extensive operational experience in both the public and private sectors of the mineral resources and mining services industry. Nick has delivered improved operational performance through business strategy, planning and leadership across a range of organisations. He has also helped embed strong safety and performance cultures in established and growing organisations. His project experience includes oversight of design and tendering through to construction of brownfield capital expansion and refurbishment projects and the resources sector.
Nick has held Non-Executive Directorship of several ASX 50 to 300 companies. Prior to dedicating his career to Non-Executive Director roles, his notable executive roles included Director of Operations at Fortescue Metals Group, CEO of GBF Underground Mining Services, COO at MacMahon Contracting and Director of Operations at Barrick Gold APRBU.
Nick has served as Chairman of two junior ASX-listed companies and currently chairs two People and Culture Committees, has chaired and remains a member of the Sustainability Committee, and has been a member of the Technical Advisory Committee, Exploration and Growth Committee and of various Audit and Risk Committees.

Miriam is a chemical engineer with more than 25 years’ experience in the mineral processing industry across various commodities including copper, uranium, gold, silver, alumina, mineral sands, lithium, salt and vanadium. She has previously held a number of senior operational and corporate roles at Monadelphous, Iluka Resources, Alcoa of Australia and WMC Resources in innovation and technology, digital transformation, business process automation, R&D, production management, major projects, HR and diversity strategy, and international sales and marketing.
Miriam is the Chairman of the Minerals Research Institute of Western Australia, Deputy Chairman of ChemCentre and Chairman of the Advisory Board of the Mental Awareness, Respect and Safety (MARS) Centre.
Miriam was recognised in the 2023 King’s Birthday Honours List where she was made a Member (AM) of the Order of Australia in the General Division for her significant service to the minerals and mining sector, and to the community.
Miriam joined the PLS Board on 4 October 2021 and is Chairman of the Sustainability Committee and a member of People and Culture Committee.

Robert is currently Chairman of Alinta Energy, a Non-Executive Director of defence and space technology and systems provider Electro Optic Systems and a Non-Executive Director of Port of Melbourne, European Australian Business Council and Baker Heart and Diabetes Institute. Robert was also previously Chairman of law firm Freehills and is a Senior Advisor with Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer.
Robert was appointed to the PLS Board on 1 January 2026 and is a member of the Audit and Risk Committee and Sustainability Committee.

She also brings lithium sector experience through her governance roles with Covalent Lithium, the WesCEF–SQM joint venture, providing exposure to integrated lithium mining, chemical conversion and downstream supply chain dynamics.
Across these roles she oversaw a portfolio valued at approximately $4 billion in assets spanning chemicals, energy and fertiliser operations. She maintained disciplined governance across major growth programs while maintaining strong financial oversight and business performance.
Prior to her role at WesCEF, Alex held several senior leadership roles across the Wesfarmers Group including CFO of Kmart, Executive General Manager of the Wesfarmers Group's Accounting and Assurance team, and General Manager of Investor Relations and Planning.
Alex brings deep capability in capital allocation, portfolio optimisation, M&A, investor engagement and enterprise-wide financial management. She holds a Master’s Degree in Chemistry from the University of Cambridge, is a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA Australia), a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountancy UK, and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Brett joined PLS in 2023 as General Manager Operations and was appointed as Executive General Manager in 2024. In July 2025, Brett was appointed Chief Operating Officer with oversight of the mine and processing plants including performance, maintenance, safety and quality.
Prior to joining PLS, Brett held senior operational roles with Newcrest Mining, Mineral Resources and Newmont, including positions at KCGM’s Super Pit, Lihir Gold in PNG and OM Group's Cawse Nickel Operations.

Sandra has deep leadership experience across all facets of people and culture, with a focus on building teams and people capability, and creating a more inclusive work environment.
Prior to joining PLS, Sandra was Vice President of Corporate Affairs at Woodside.
John is responsible for corporate development, the POSCO-Pilbara Lithium Solutions joint venture, and exploration.
He is an experienced growth-focused executive with strong experience executing growth, joint venture and funding strategies. As an investment banker, John advised on 15 transactions in the lithium sector.
Prior to joining PLS, John co-headed Macquarie Capital Perth and advised PLS on the successful acquisition of Altura Mining and associated equity raising.
Paul is an experienced project executive with an extensive career in the resources industry, successfully delivering complex studies and projects in both a brownfield and greenfield environment. Paul has a strong track record leading all aspects of project management with a strong focus on safety, budget, time and delivery.
Prior to joining PLS, Paul played a lead role in successfully delivering major and mega projects including Hancock Iron Ore, which at the time was the world’s largest debt-funded resource project.
