Local procurement and standards

Procurement activities in Brazil are conducted in accordance with local regulatory requirements and our global standards.

We seek to work with suppliers who demonstrate reliability and alignment with our safety, environmental, and ethical expectations.

Our focus is on long-term value creation through local participation and shared infrastructure opportunities. As the Colina Project develops, we expect supplier opportunities in the region to continue to grow.

Human rights and transparency

We apply consistent due diligence and onboarding standards across our global supplier base.

To support local implementation, key human rights and supplier standards have been translated into Portuguese.

Suppliers may be asked to provide information relating to labour practices, human rights risks, and environmental performance during the onboarding process.

Grievance and reporting channels

In Brazil, we provide a transparency channel to enable community members and employees to raise grievances or provide feedback through a confidential process.

This supports the early identification of issues and aligns with our commitment to responsible business conduct.
