Our approach

We embed ethical standards across our organisation through policies, systems and training that guide decision-making and behaviour.

We are committed to upholding high ethical standards in all business activities and comply with applicable laws, regulations and internal policies.

Our approach focuses on proactively managing risks related to bribery, corruption and unethical behaviour, ensuring that employees and contractors understand their responsibilities. We maintain clear and accurate reporting and disclosure across our operations.

We promote a culture where ethical conduct is expected and supported, and where concerns can be raised without fear of retaliation. We provide mechanisms for reporting misconduct and take appropriate action in response.

Code of Conduct

Our Code of Conduct is the foundation for how we work.

It sets out the standards of behaviour expected of everyone who works for and on behalf of PLS, including directors, employees and contractors, and reflects our commitment to acting responsibly, lawfully and with integrity.

All employees must acknowledge and comply with the Code of Conduct. It's supported by mandatory training and we review it regularly to ensure it remains current with our obligations and the expectations of our stakeholders.

Anti-bribery
and corruption

We prohibit bribery and corruption in all forms.

Our Anti-bribery and Corruption Policy applies to all directors, employees, contractors and third parties acting on our behalf, and requires them to comply with applicable anti-corruption laws wherever we conduct business.

Our approach includes assessing bribery and corruption risks across our operations and business relationships, and setting clear requirements around gifts, hospitality, donations and training for employees.

Speak-up culture and
grievance mechanisms

We encourage anyone who has concerns about actual or potential misconduct to speak up without fear of retaliation.

Our Whistleblower Policy sets out how reports can be made, what happens when a report is received, and the protections available to those who raise concerns.

Reports can be made through a number of channels, including PLS’ whistleblower platform, Whispli.
