Procurement oversight is led by our Contracts and Procurement team, supported by Commercial, Corporate Development, and Sustainability teams.

We maintain active engagement with suppliers to support shared sustainability goals and meaningful progress across our value chain.

We are committed to respecting human rights and addressing the risks of modern slavery. Our approach is informed by internationally recognised frameworks, including the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights.

Supplier requirements and standards

All suppliers are expected to operate in line with our core policies, which are assessed during tender evaluation and onboarding.

These include:

  • Responsible Production and Sourcing Policy

  • Code of Conduct

  • Supplier Code of Conduct

  • Human Rights Policy

Suppliers may be required to provide information relating to environmental impacts, health and safety practices, and cybersecurity measures. Our Supplier Code of Conduct is available in multiple languages to support accessibility.

Submit your business details through our supplier management system once you have been invited by PLS.

Assessment

We review your registration and may request additional information.

Procurement

Contracts are awarded through formal tendering, evaluation and negotiation.
