Going beyond financial contributions, we foster genuine engagement that strengthens our social licence to operate and supports resilient, inclusive community development.
Our community engagement and partnerships are shaped by the priorities of the local areas in which in which we operate, in particular the Pilbara region, through local participation and targeted community investment aligned with local priorities.
We deliver investment through multi-year partnerships with organisations delivering programs across the Pilbara and Western Australia. These partnerships support initiatives in education, health and wellbeing, community services and renewable energy in remote priority communities.
Our approach is underpinned by partnership principles focused on community-driven outcomes, capacity building and long-term impact.
Further detail on outcomes from our community investment program is available in our Social Impact Report.
These partnerships provide a structured approach to delivering community programs and enable longer-term collaboration with community organisations.
