We came from humble beginnings as a small Australian company with a big belief: that lithium would be central to the global energy transition.

That belief has proven right. Today, we are one of the world's largest lithium producers – and it is our great people who have made that happen.

We are one team of more than 900 people, with the majority based at our Pilgangoora Operation in the Pilbara.

Whether you are on site or based in our Perth Head Office, you will find the same thing: people who genuinely care about their work, back each other and who want to see the company, and everyone in it, succeed.

Humble, down-to-earth and genuinely invested in each other, our people are united by a shared purpose and a commitment to doing great work together.
