1. Introduction

These terms of use (Media Asset Terms) and the terms of use of the PLS Group Limited website (Website Terms) govern your access to and use of the images, video footage and other media assets (Assets) made available for download from the media assets page of the PLS Group Limited website.

By downloading or using any Asset, you agree to be bound by these Media Asset Terms and the Website Terms. If you do not agree, you must not download or use any Asset.

We may update these Media Asset Terms from time to time without notice. The version in force is the one published on our website at the time you download an Asset.

In these Terms, references to “PLS” means PLS Group Limited and each of its related bodies corporate.

2. Permitted Use

Subject to your compliance with these Media Asset Terms and the Website Terms, PLS grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Assets solely for the following purposes (Permitted Purposes):

• editorial and news reporting about PLS;

• analyst reporting on PLS;

• and educational use.

Any use outside the Permitted Purposes, including other commercial uses requires PLS' prior written consent.

3. Conditions of Use

When using any Asset, you must:

• acknowledge PLS as the source of the Asset (for example, "Image: PLS" or "Footage courtesy of PLS");

• use the Asset accurately and in a manner that fairly represents PLS, its people, its operations and its products;

• not use the Asset in connection with any purpose that is, or could reasonably be interpreted to be, detrimental or harmful to PLS or any other person or their interests or in a manner which creates a false association with PLS;

• not alter the Asset in any way;

• not sub-licence or sell or otherwise commercially exploit the Asset or make the Asset available for downloading separately or as part of a stock library or image bank;

• ensure any employees, contractors, agents or third parties to whom you provide an Asset are made aware of, and comply with, these Terms; and

• cease use of any Asset that PLS notifies you has been superseded or withdrawn
